Will it work with my TV?
Yes. PlayCube connects with a standard HDMI cable (included) to any television or monitor made in the last fifteen years or so. It also needs your home Wi-Fi to download games.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Five games come included out of the box and are yours to keep. If you want the full library of 50+ games, Play Pass is an optional monthly or annual subscription that you can start or cancel any time from the console.
Is it safe for young children?
PlayCube is kidSAFE certified and rated PEGI 3. There is no in-game chat, no messaging and no adverts. The camera is used only to track movement while you play, and the parent remote lets you set time limits.
How much space do we need?
Most families play happily with about two metres between the TV and the players. Push the coffee table back and you're sorted. The camera is wide-angle, so even smaller living rooms work well.
How many people can play at once?
Up to four players at the same time in party and sports games, and most titles support two players side by side. It tracks adults and children of any height.
